F.A.Q
You've no doubt got questions, hopefully we've answered them below. If we've missed anything please get in touch
What is a contactless card?
This a card designed to work with Smartphones & tablets. It utilises Near Field Communication (NFC) to send information to the Smartphone, in this instance your details.
How do I use it?
Simple- just tap it! When you want to share your details simply tap your card on the other persons Smartphone and a link to your personal contact page will pop up, once they click it they can then view and save your details.
What details can I share?
As much or as little as you want! We cater for providing any or all of the above as standard:
-
Name
-
Company Name
-
Job Title
-
Phone number (up to 3)
-
WhatsApp
-
Email Address
-
Website link (up to 3)
-
Photo
-
Company Logo
-
Links to socials (Facebook, Insta, Twitter... or "X" if you prefer)
-
Link to your LinkedIn
-
Bio/ Mission Statement / Intro / Elevator pitch- you've got a couple of paragraphs to use as you wish

As well as the above we can offer bespoke designs including embedding your Social Media Feed/ Blog posts, Data capture forms, feedback surveys and much more- our fully customisable inhouse developed and supported platform means there is no limit to what we can do for you.

What if it doesn't work?
Whilst NFC technology has been a feature of both iPhones and Android for years now (the first phones with it were Nokia 5140 back in 2005!), as with any technology there is always a risk. If you do ever have issues follow the below:

-
Check the phone you are tapping on is unlocked

-
Make sure you hold the card against the phone for a few

-
seconds (some devices can take up to 5 seconds to read NFC)

-
Try to avoid putting the card against a phones protective case as these can block signal

-
iPhones usually detect cards at the top near camera, Android phones it varies on model

-
If all else fails- we include a unique QR code on your card, simply scan this with a camera and it will pull up your Contact Page.
